DESIGNER BY YOUR SIDE
You know what you love, you’re organized and good at implementing a project. Sometimes, the path forward just needs some illumination!
Maybe you have several rooms, or an entire house to work through. With the Designer By Your Side package, you get a block of five 2-hour consultations that we can structure in one of the following ways to fit your project:
- Five 2-hour design sessions to design one room at a time together, whether you’re starting new or using what you have, or just need some ideas for a refresh.
- Five 2-hour weekly meetings to work through a larger design project with just the right amount of guidance, typically: cabinetry, flooring, countertops & tile, plumbing, and lighting, either in person at showrooms, or virtual.
- Before we meet for your first session, we’ll have a 30-minute complimentary call to establish goals and priorities so we can make the most of your sessions!

NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME DESIGN PACKAGES
You’ve found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood, and now it’s time to meet with your builder to select your finishes and options.
Building a new home comes with a lot of decisions to be made in a short period of time. Having a designer by your side to define your vision and guide you through your finish selections will help you make the most of your meetings so you can build with confidence.
You’ll get a style guide for your home and a design concept pdf that will make the selection process a breeze. We’ll connect with your builder’s design center and/or trades to research the available options, including standard selections, to create a customized package for you. And we’ll be there every step of the way until your selections are confirmed!
